Clinical Lead

Are you an experienced and motivated nurse ready to take the next step in your career? We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to join a high-quality care home team, delivering outstanding clinical care and leadership.

As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with nurses and carers to maintain the highest standards of clinical care and governance within the home. Supported by the management team and reporting directly to the Home Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centred care.

You will lead by example, support the nursing team, and actively contribute to the delivery and continuous improvement of clinical services.

• Lead and support the nursing team to deliver high-quality care
• Ensure clinical standards, policies, and governance are maintained
• Make sound clinical decisions and respond effectively under pressure
• Support, mentor, and train staff to promote best nursing practices
• Maintain strong working relationships across the team
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, audits, and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement in clinical delivery

• Strong clinical skillset with confidence in leading a team
• Previous management or team leadership experience
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for high standards of nursing care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DoLS, CQC, and compliance

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
• Relevant post-registration experience
