Commercial Property Solicitor

With a commitment to equal opportunities and a supportive work environment, we're excited to welcome a new member to our Commercial Property team.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\nAs a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload that includes:\n\nSale and purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold premises\nLandlord and Tenant matters\nCommercial lease work, including new leases, extensions, renewals, and assignments\nAdvising borrowers and lenders in property finance transactions \n\nYou will ensure that all legal work is carried out to the highest standards while adhering to compliance policies. Additional responsibilities include:\n\nMaintaining ongoing CPD and identifying training needs\nAchieving financial targets for time recording and billing\nCollaborating effectively within the wider team\nParticipating in networking events and building professional relationships\nNurturing strong client relationships with a focus on their best interests \n\nWhat We're Looking For:\nTo thrive in this role, you should possess:\n\nQualification as a Solicitor\nStrong technical skills and knowledge of Commercial Property law\nExcellent interpersonal skills with a tenacious and passionate approach\nA commitment to delivering outstanding service\nThe ability to communicate clearly in plain English, both verbally and in writing\nA desire to contribute to the growth and success of our ambitious team \n\nJoin Us and Grow!\nWe are dedicated to fostering an environment where you can excel and develop your career.
