\nThis role is supervising service users on Court Orders undertaking unpaid work within the local community. The role is lone working with up to 5 service users, with the support of the team based in the office. The ideal candidate would be able to lead the way in daily work tasks given by the co-ordinator. This role is, demonstrating, teaching, overseeing work such as creative arts, gardening, painting, litter picking and workshop based tasks while working alongside service users. We are looking for a punctual, non judgemental person, who can display positive role modelling and has the ability to motivate service users into daily work tasks. While we do not look for trade specific qualifications a keen interest and ability in gardening, painting, woodwork etc would be beneficial.
