KS2 Teaching Assistant - QuintonStart Date: 01/09/2026Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pmContract: OngoingWe are currently recruiting for a dedicated and reliable KS2 Teaching Assistant to work within a welcoming primary school in the Quinton area from September 2026.This is a full-time, ongoing role supporting pupils across Key Stage 2. The successful candidate must be confident supporting children with a range of learning and behavioural needs and able to build positive relationships within the classroom.The role will involve:* Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups* Delivering targeted interventions* Assisting the class teacher with classroom activities* Encouraging engagement and keeping children on task* Supporting children with behavioural and additional learning needs* Creating a positive and supportive learning environmentThe ideal candidate will have:* Previous experience working in a school, nursery, or support worker setting* A patient, proactive, and adaptable approach* Strong behaviour management skills* The ability to commit to full-time hours, Monday-Friday* Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essentialThis role is being offered through an education agency and is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children's learning and development.Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
