Maintenance Planner

\n* Create daily and weekly maintenance work schedules for technicians. \n* Analyse CMMS data to identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. \n* Manage maintenance spare parts inventory to ensure availability while controlling costs.

\n* Raise purchase requisitions and coordinate internal approval processes through to purchase order creation. \n* Coordinate contractor activities, including site visits, risk assessments, method statements, and post-work service reporting. \n* Raise permits and manage contractor bookings within the business V/M system.

\n* Support reliability and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. \n* Ensure maintenance activities are planned and executed in line with health, safety, and compliance requirements. \n\nWhat You'll Be Challenged By\nThis role offers a variety of engaging challenges, including:\n* Managing competing priorities between reactive breakdowns and planned maintenance activities.

\n* Ensuring high levels of CMMS data accuracy and team engagement. \n* Balancing spare parts availability with inventory and cost-control targets. \n* Coordinating multiple stakeholders with differing priorities and timelines.

\n* Supporting plant reliability improvements while maintaining strict safety standards. \n* Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where flexibility and adaptability are essential. \n\nAbout You\nWe are looking for a motivated and proactive individual who can effectively organise, prioritise, and communicate across all levels of the business.\n\nEssential Skills & Experience\n* Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

\n* Experience in work order planning, scheduling, and parts procurement within an engineering or manufacturing environment. \n* Strong database and data management skills. \n* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

\n* Strong organisational and planning abilities. \n* Logical, analytical, and methodical approach to problem solving. \n* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
